We were invited to the wedding celebration there and can only say ... a very attractive hotel, great ambience, excellent service, excellent food and very, very friendly staff. We stayed in the hotel for 15 minutes and moved out straight away after visiting our room. Dirty glasses and a lot of dust. Nobody has lived in there for a long time. And there was a construction site in the hotel. The pictures on the internet were actually very nice, just not true.

Nice hotel, very quiet, delicious cuisine with interesting ideas away from the mainstream. Regional ingredients are combined differently and yet in a sophisticated way. Slept well. Only one point deduction for the bathtub - unfortunately too small for a length of 190cm, rather intended for showering.

Actually a nice hotel with consistently friendly staff and very good cuisine. Was booked as a stopover on a trip. I found the Corona concept catastrophic and that in a 4 star hotel. namely none. Dark spots in the area of ​​the door handles in the room. A totally dirty remote control. You could have easily put that in a plastic bag. Holey curtains that then fall from the ceiling. The only thing that reminded me of Corona in this hotel was that the staff was walking around with plastic signs that were much too small in front of their mouths and that the tables on the tables indicated that they were 1.5 m away. I don't know how to do that when the tables weren't even that far apart. The open breakfast buffet was in the fully occupied hotel in the much too small breakfast room where every table was occupied, the distance could not be maintained and the guests ran all over the place. One with the other without a mask. The waitress in the restaurant didn't care at all. There was no one-way street system that could have been easily implemented. No splash protection at the buffet everything was open around. The tables were wiped with a cloth after use and change. They haven't heard of surface disinfection. All in all, I think this is a disaster for a four star hotel. On the same day we saw in another restaurant without stars how easy and correct this can be. Every second table was not occupied. There was a one-way system in the restaurant. The table was disinfected in the presence of the guests. The waitress wore a correct mouth nose guard. Very, very pity, dear customs house, not back with you in pandemic times.

Familiar hotel with a small, fine menu. The service is very good here. The breakfast buffet is sufficient. I would book again in a heartbeat. Somewhat on the outskirts in a quiet location with paths that are inviting for walking. In front of the house are tables that invite you to feast outdoors when the weather is nice. Can not be seen in the picture because one The hedge is in front of it.

Yesterday used the out-of-home offer. Had the asparagus with fillet four times. Even after the trip from Rastede to Metjendorf is still called. Nicely arranged on plates and you could immediately enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace. Simply great. Will certainly be repeated.

Very delicious food for our "Kohlfahrt" .... Great and modern ambience and good service. The house beer brand "Meyer-Bräu" (?) 👍 is also delicious

The hotel is small and very cozy. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Food is a little more expensive, but worth the money. It is very tasty and well presented.
